Preliminary Design Review:
The cornerstone of custom mold manufacturing is the preliminary design review. If this review is not conducted thoroughly and meticulously, the mold is prone to defects and issues, which can ultimately lead to project failure. Our professional review team begins by generating a DFM (Design for Manufacturability) report, followed by a mold flow analysis to identify and address potential issues, before proceeding to the actual mold machining and manufacturing phase. To put it simply, we possess the comprehensive production capabilities to take a project from concept to completion—starting entirely from scratch. We are fully equipped to meet the diverse requirements of various clients; for instance, we have produced high-grade waterproof mold products—specifically bottle caps—for a client. During testing, the caps were filled to the brim with water and left to sit for 48 hours to observe if the water level would drop; the results confirmed that, even after 48 hours, not a single drop of water had leaked from the caps. Furthermore, while clients typically readily accept the design solutions we propose, should a specific design element prove unalterable, we remain committed to devising alternative solutions that strictly adhere to the client’s requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of approved samples.
