Yuhong’s blood collection tube molds are designed to produce standard tubes commonly found on the market; however, molds can also be fully customized to meet specific client requirements.

Blood collection tubes typically fall into two categories: vacuum and non-vacuum types; the vacuum blood collection tubes are the variety most commonly encountered.

Mold Base Material: Imported Swiss mold steel (1.2083); Inserts: S136/8407. Hot Runner System: Typically YUDO or Zhenxiong.

Customer specifications typically call for molds with 16, 32, 48, or 64 cavities. As the cavity count increases, the molding cycle time lengthens; furthermore, the specific grades of mold steel and runner systems required—as well as the overall mold cost—vary significantly.
