Otherwise, uneven pressure will result in uneven plastic flow. This requires mold flow analysis and proper hot runner design. If the hot runner is not properly designed, burrs will form at the gate, and areas far from the gate will not be filled.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4144 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/szyh-mold.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/72-Cavity-Beverage-Cap-Mold-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/szyh-mold.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/72-Cavity-Beverage-Cap-Mold-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/szyh-mold.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/72-Cavity-Beverage-Cap-Mold-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/szyh-mold.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/72-Cavity-Beverage-Cap-Mold-12x12.jpg 12w, https:\/\/szyh-mold.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/72-Cavity-Beverage-Cap-Mold.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p><h2><strong>Simultaneous Cooling:<\/strong><\/h2><p>Preventing Deformation Due to Cavities at the Edges<br \/>Doubling the number of cavities results in higher temperatures and slower heat dissipation in the center of the mold, while the edges cool faster, potentially causing deformation.<\/p><p>It is also recommended that customers upgrade their injection molding machine to a 420-ton or higher machine to ensure compatibility with the mold.<\/p><h2><strong>The mold&#8217;s lifespan remains the same as before: <\/strong><\/h2><p>the increase in size will not reduce its lifespan.
