Our pipette tip mold
Solution Provider achieve a precision of ±0.03 mm according to customer requirements, ensuring tip accuracy, reducing liquid handling errors in experimental environments, avoiding experimental failures, and securing more orders for injection molding companies. The molds are designed with a high-difficulty ejection method with zero draft angle. All molds undergo mold-flow analysis to address issues such as air entrapment, line trapping, encapsulation, and water entry positions, ensuring consistency between cavity types.
For us, producing high-precision medical molds like pipette tips is always a challenge. Before production, we need to create appearance requirement documents and other detailed requirements, and conduct a Product Design Model (DFM) for customer confirmation. Manufacturing disposable pipette tip molds is another growth experience for us.
