The water-triggered sprayer mold is a plastic product developed by an injection molding manufacturer for disinfectant customers. Similar to Lotion pump mould, this mold is made of S136 mold steel and is impact-resistant up to millions of times. Customers typically use a square design for easy handling, suitable for household cleaning, personal care, gardening, and car detailing.
Main Features
1. Template structure; mold core made of Austrian or Swedish mold steel:
plastic material is generally PE or HDPE, which is environmentally friendly and recyclable.
2. Adopting American standard FinkLP20HHP20+Ni
The mold steel for this water-triggered sprayer mold has several advantages: good machinability and polishability make the steel easy to process and texture; the 1% nickel content increases its chemical corrosion resistance; and it is compatible with various formulations, resulting in excellent hardenability. It is suitable for multi-cavity mold development with a maximum thickness greater than 1500mm, and is ideal for multi-cavity production of water-triggered sprayer molds (e.g., 12-cavity, 24-cavity).
